MJA Property Services Ltd has extended their commercial property maintenance service into the domestic market.

Aimed mainly at the buy to let market, this service is also applicable to the home owner who requires piece of mind.

For landlords and Tenants alike an emergency requires prompt action by experienced personnel to avoid greater damage. Please click here for our emergency situation advice information.

For a monthly fee we will provide up to four discounted ½ day call outs a year for emergency or routine maintenance, you choose! This fee will cover all your properties as long as the amount of call outs does not exceed 4 in a 12 month period for each contract.

We have secure key holding facilities (at additional cost) to enable us to be called to a property without the need to attend yourself. If you have trusted tenants you can authorise them to call us directly and we will notify you of the work carried out

We are also able to offer competitive quotations for larger work and maintenance.
