Onsite Management

Once MJA have been appointed as your refurbishment partner we will consult closely with you to agree a schedule of works and in which order various areas will be tackled. We will then supply you with detailed timetables showing when the different phases of a project will be carried out be it within the normal working week or out of hours to minimise disruption. Any necessary permission will be sought from landlords or local authorities.

Project dates will then be agreed giving sufficient lead in times to allow materials and services to be provided to site without problems that could jeopardise the schedule.

From day one of our involvement you will be given one point of contact for the entire project. The appointed person will coordinate all aspects of the works and report to you on a regular basis.

Once the project is complete we actually “snag” it ourselves within the agreed time span of the project and then hand it over for your comments. This reduces the annoying aspect of many refurbishments when there are workmen still on site sorting out unfinished items when you are supposed to be back fully operational.
