ThyssenKrupp Following the fit-out and relocation to their new offices by MJA we were awarded the contract to carry out the dilapidation works to ThyssenKrupp’s old offices including a full strip out of all finishes and the installation of new Carpets and suspended ceilings throughout with complete decoration of both the interior and exterior. ThyssenKrupp MJA were awarded the contract to fit out the new Woking office of global Steel supplier ThysenKrupp. We provided a turn-key project even moving the client from their old offices. A wide range of services were provided included partitioning, storage wall, entry and attendance systems, floor coverings, alarm system, signage, air conditioning, data and electrics. The project was completed on time and within budget.

Agfa Healthcare MJA Property Services were selected by Agfa Healthcare to carry out the building works associated with the installation of their new DX-Si Digital X-ray equipment at Fleet hospital in Hampshire. The works included air conditioning, electrical, flooring and the construction of bespoke benching and storage. MJA are currently working with Agfa on further projects.

Glide Technologies, Central London MJA carried out a complete fit-out including all power and data, partitioning, air conditioning and a shower room. The flooring was an innovative wood effect that allows full access to the raised floor. The works were commenced within 2 weeks of submitting our costs and completed on time and within budget.

Peninsular Business Services, Hinckley Following works at their head offices in Manchester MJA were contracted to install partitioning to a satellite training facility in Hinkley comprising of a fit-out of 2 floors including training rooms, offices and kitchens.

Learning Skills Council, Woking, Surrey The Woking office needed reconfiguring which included new Komfort Partitioning, Storage Wall, Suspended Ceilings, Lighting and Power.

Bakehouse, Bagshot, Surrey A strong corporate brand was needed to fit out new prestigious offices in Bagshot. An Audio Visual Suite was installed as well as a State of the Art Presentation Kitchen.

Computer 2000, Basingstoke, Hampshire Design and fit out of prestigious reception area and meeting rooms including bespoke reception desk and specialist polished plaster finishes.

Chep UK Limited, Weybridge, Surrey Design and fit out of reception area including bespoke reception desk and flooring.

Equilion Technical Services, Burgess Hill, West Sussex Design of new reception area with drop down Suspended Ceiling. Also the creation of meeting rooms using Komfort Partition systems.

Sussex Enterprise, Burgess Hill, West Sussex Due to a major reorganisation within the Head Office, new space saving furniture was essential. New carpets throughout and Cat. 6 cabling was installed.

Azlan MJA were awarded the contract to refurbish a 700m2 floor of Azlan’s offices including carpets, decorations, full height glazed partitioning and custom filming to the glazed units.

Herbert Parnell, Woking MJA were awarded the contract to carry out alterations to 3 floors of Herbert Parnell’s offices in Woking including the creation of a new reception area with confidential client consultation and meeting rooms.

Surrey Business Watch, Woking A major updating of their business premises led to MJA Property Services being awarded the contract to refurbish their secure facility including the operations room, general office areas, and kitchens as well as protected areas with time lock facilities.
